In that time I’ve put in more than 20,000 hours, tested hundreds of growth models, spent hundreds of millions of dollars, and worked with over 125 companies around the world. At this point in my career, I now feel called to use the wisdom that I’ve gained to help guide local companies and entrepreneurs toward actualizing their vision with ease and clarity.

This is true for both clients and people I hire. I am fundamentally here to serve. The work becomes meaningless if I make it about me. It’s about helping good-intentioned people push meaningful products and services into a world that desperately needs them. I offer commission-based models because I will not accept checks at the expense of someone’s livelihood. I believe in winning together. I listen to and take care of the people who work for me and those we serve. There is no room for toxic behavior nor managing from place of fear and scarcity.

Data is useful but inherently limited. Many agencies struggle to help clients because they try to solve all problems through data-driven solutions - this can lead to false conclusions and misdirected iterations. By learning to quiet the mind, answers and growth pathways are revealed in a way that would not otherwise be accessible.
